Internet Marketers Giveing Everything Away
48The latest trend of marketing formulas that internet marketers are jumping all over is to give away a lot of free information as a way to launch their products.
This is probably good for people to learn about internet marketing without putting out too much money. I have seen a lot of these videos and have learned some usefull tips.
A big launch recently was Product Launch Formula 2.0. I caught a blog post where everything taught in the several PLF 2.0 pre-launch videos was summerized. While reading that post by Stewart Marsh at Beardy Geek blog I really had the impression his summary was almost the whole course.
I just got this book called The Outsourcing Compendium and it is a full 82 page book a lot of people would have just sold outright. It is a complete education on outsourcing for internet merketing yet they offer it to introduce you to their more complete coaching program.
Blogs on SEO and marketing and making money online have kind of done this same thing all along. The most likely reason somone will subscribe to a post is stuff they want to read. Dosh Dosh, Problogger, Copyblogger are some good blogs in that catagory. I like to think I offer good information on my Adventures in Internet Marketing blog.
If you scout around a bit there is whole education of internet marketing courses available. Joining forums is also a good way to learn a lot. If you search marketing forums your will find many.
One key trick i will offer is to build relationships with other people already in your business . There will be many opportunities to help eachother.
